BASIC MIDWIFERY

This is a three (3) professional programme for midwives
leading to the award of Professional Midwifery Certificate conducted by the
Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

This is a three (3) year Professional course leading to the award of Professional Certificate in Midwifery which is conducted by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. Prospective applicants are required to obtain five (5) credit passes in WASC, SSCE, NECO, at not more than two (2) sittings. The subject combination must include Mathematics, English Language, Chemistry, Physics and Biology. The applicants must sit for an entrance examination and obtain the stipulated cut off marks set by the College.
